All orders are shipped within 48 hours of their acceptance during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. An attempt will be made to ship your products within the same business day as your order occurred, but any order which is received by Forensic IT Inc. through GoTrakkker Marketplace past 3pm CST cannot be guaranteed to depart from the selected carrier on the same day.Carriers

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.Shipping Rates
How we calculate shipping rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and dimensions of your products, and your location.
We provide all of the above information to the associated carrier via an API (Application Programming Interface) and they respond with live quotes of shipping prices based on the information which the Vendor has included in the product listing (weight and dimensions) and the delivery location which you’ve provided.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We will make every attempt to send ordered products within the constraints and using the same shipping method, shipping carrier and pricing that is selected by the purchaser during checkout.
If for any reason the price of shipping the items which constitute your order changes during order processing, whether it be due to:
- the potential safety of the deliverable goods.
- any reason provided by the shipping carrier upon product packing, pickup or drop-off. This can include requiring products to be separately packed and shipped due to physical parcel constraints or carrier imposed safety restrictions, or for entirely different packaging and shipping needed to be used due to an inaccurately provided location, and/or vendor weights and dimensions.
- any other reason determined legitimate by the Forensic IT staff member processing the order.
Then, you may receive an invoice for additional shipping costs via GoTrakker Marketplace, by a direct contact from the vendor or by direct contact from the Forensic IT staff member processing your order.Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time provided to a purchaser during checkout is simply that; an estimation. GoTrakker Marketplace and Forensic IT Inc. are in no way, financially or otherwise, responsible for a failure of a shipment to arrive by the estimated delivery date and time displayed during checkout.Back Orders
If an item that you order goes on back order, we will ship you the portion of your order that is in stock and begin a request for the additional parts that constitute your order from the manufacturer within 48 hours.
When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order, and the associated shipping costs for the second shipment. You will be notified during checkout that you are ordering a backordered item.
The operator of GoTrakker Marketplace, Forensic IT Inc, is not responsible to provide the backordered parts if they cannot be obtained by Forensic IT Inc from the manufacturer, or any other source. Orders which contain backordered parts which cannot be fulfilled will have the cost of the unobtainable parts credited back to the purchaser within 30 days of an unobtainable part notice being delivered to the purchaser.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, cleaning supplies, wearable parts, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time.
- Downloadable software products, books, pdfs or other electronic products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded for their full regular price. Sale items can only be refunded for the price they were purchased for; And if the price for the item has dropped since it was originally purchased and more than 15 days have past since the original purchase date, the item can only be refunded for the lowest price out of the current public price and the original purchase price.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. The returned item must be post-marked within the 14 day return period window.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
