Timesheet

Tickets in GoTrakker can be duplicated. Duplicating a ticket creates an identical ticket which can then be edited. This feature is useful for task tickets in particular, because task tickets are meant to be simple, and routine or recurring.

Timesheet Fields

Time Spent (Minutes) VARCHAR(160) The Time spent, expressed in Minutes, on the Timesheet Task. Yes
Off Hours CHECKBOX Selected if the Time Spent being added occurred during business defined Off Hours. Selecting this checkbox allows for tiered billing in the case that the organization completing the ticket work engages in tiered billing. No
Date Occurred TIMESTAMP The time and date the [Timesheet] work was performed. Yes
Comments VARCHAR(1028) A description of the work that was completed that is being added to the [Timesheet]. Here a user can include troubleshooting details, or section portions of their total work completed on the ticket to account for all aspects of the ticket's work. Yes
