Duplicate Tickets

Tickets in GoTrakker can be duplicated. Duplicating a ticket creates an identical ticket which can then be edited. This feature is useful for task tickets in particular, because task tickets are meant to be simple, and routine or recurring.

When duplicating a ticket, the following fields cannot be altered after ticket duplication:

  • Title
  • Customer
  • Location
  • Area
  • Contract
